Houthi Military Spokesperson Yahya Seri Statement About Attacks Against Saudi Arabia

Yahya Seri, the military spokesman of the Houthis, gave information about the attacks against Saudi Arabia in his statement on the social media platform of the US-based company X.

Stating that Saudi Arabia's blockade and attacks against Yemen continue, Seri stated that 1018 air strikes were carried out with F-15 and Typhoon aircraft taking off from Khamis Mushayt and Taif bases during the period when the conflicts intensified, and that missiles were also fired from Najran and Jazan.

"ITS ENDED SUCCESSFULLY"

Seri announced that in retaliation for these attacks, they targeted sensitive points in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, and Aramco facilities in the Yenbu region. Spokesperson Seri argued that the attacks in Riyadh and Yenbu "ended successfully". Saudi Arabia has not yet made a statement regarding the Houthis' claims.

While the conflicts between government forces and Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen, which started to intensify in July, have increased recently, the Houthis occasionally attack Saudi Arabia with ballistic missiles and UAVs, claiming that Saudi Arabia is attacking them.
