为保障赛事设备按期到位，DHL协调58件、总重量超过5000公斤的货物从欧洲运往中国。该批货物以托盘装载，包括专业电竞设备以及转播、网络、对讲、摄像和灯光设备，为现场赛事制作和直播提供支持。DHL根据赛事整体日程，协调国际运输、清关及必要的临时仓储，确保设备按计划进入场馆，并为赛事制作、转播测试和现场搭建预留时间。
