İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi (İBB) Afet Koordinasyon Merkezi (AKOM), kentte yarından itibaren şiddetli yağış beklendiğini duyurdu.

AKOM'dan yapılan açıklamaya göre, İstanbul başta olmak üzere Marmara Bölgesi genelinde Balkanlar üzerinden gelen serin ve yağışlı havanın etkili olması bekleniyor.

Bugün sabah saatlerinden itibaren rüzgarın kuzeyli yönlerde kuvvetlenmesiyle (20-50km/s) birlikte halihazırda 26-28 derece aralığında yaz değerlerinde seyreden sıcaklıkların 6-8 derece birden azalarak bahar değerlerine gerileyeceği, beraberinde il genelinde aralıklarla sağanak geçişlerinin yaşanacağı öngörülüyor.

Marmara Bölgesi için beklenen kuvvetli yağışların, akşam 20.00'den itibaren etkisini artırması bekleniyor. Avrupa Yakası, Boğaz çevresi ile Anadolu Yakası genelinde metrekare başına 30-60 kilogram aralığında yağışların gözlenebileceği tahmin ediliyor.

Kuvvetli yağış geçişlerinin, yarın saat 17.00'ye kadar kentte etkili olması öngörülüyor.

Karadeniz'in nemli havasını bölgeye taşıyan poyraz nedeniyle nem miktarının özellikle maksimum seviyelere çıkması, atmosferin üst seviyesinin soğuk, yer seviyesinin (deniz ve kara) sıcak olması nedeniyle yıldırım, şimşek ve fırtına ile birlikte gök gürültülü kuvvetli sağanak yağış geçişleri bekleniyor.

Ani su baskınları, ulaşımda yaşanabilecek aksamalar, yıldırım ve kuvvetli yağış nedeniyle oluşabilecek olumsuzluklara karşı dikkatli ve tedbirli olunması isteniyor.
