Heavy Rain and Temperature Drop Warning in Istanbul

The rains, which are expected to start again in Istanbul as of today, are expected to be effective in the form of intermittent showers and occasionally heavy showers throughout the next week. According to AKOM's weekly weather forecast report, temperatures will drop below 20 degrees starting from Sunday.

Today, the temperature in the city is expected to be 19 degrees in the morning and 24 degrees at noon, and will drop to 21 degrees in the evening and 17 degrees at night. While partly cloudy weather will prevail throughout the day, there will be local rainfall.

According to AKOM data, thunderstorms are expected on Sunday, September 27, and temperatures are expected to be between 16-21 degrees. Thunderstorms are expected to continue on Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29.

There is a heavy rain warning on Wednesday, September 30th. The amount of precipitation is expected to be in the range of 30-60 kilograms/square meter on Wednesday, when temperatures will drop to 12-17 degrees.

While it is expected that showers will continue on Thursday, October 1st and temperatures will remain between 13-19 degrees, partly cloudy and locally rainy weather is expected on Friday, October 2nd. Temperatures are expected to be between 14-21 degrees on Friday.
