Social Housing Project Applications Started in Istanbul

Applications have started to be received for the first 1071 houses completed within the scope of the project. Applications will be collected until September 25. The draw and delivery will begin in October.

In addition to the 100 thousand houses to be built in Istanbul, 15 thousand social houses will be rented for low-income citizens with a system that will be implemented for the first time in Turkey.

Within the scope of the project, where applications will be received for 4 different regions in Istanbul, houses will be available to Turkish citizens who are over 18 years old, married, and who meet the specified conditions for 3 years. will be rented to citizens.

Within the scope of the project, which will offer the opportunity to rent under affordable conditions to citizens who do not own a home, at prices below the regional market, rent amounts will start from 10 thousand liras per month and will vary depending on the size of the house.
