Kabaiş's lawyer announced new suspicious points regarding the loss of Rojin

Kabaiş's family's lawyer, Abdurrahman Karabulut, stated that the examination of the HTS, base and camera records in the file by an expert they appointed in Mersin was completed and the report was received. Stating that four important suspicious points were included in the report, Karabulut announced that they submitted new investigation requests to the prosecutor's office in line with the findings. Karabulut listed the findings in the report as follows:

1 - The first point that draws attention is the correspondence Rojin had with a person named Mehmet Çelik, whom she addressed as 'teacher', shortly before she disappeared. In the investigation, it was determined that the phone belonging to this name received the signal from the same base station as Rojin. There are two people with the same name in the file, one of them is a former police officer and the other is an administrative unit officer at the university. It has not yet been determined which Mehmet Çelik the correspondence was with. It seems that both phones receive signals from the same base area.

2 - The second suspicious point in the report is the movements of the private security guard in the area where Rojin's mobile phone was found. Rojin's phone was found by students on the beach around 10.15 in the morning. Approximately 11 minutes ago, camera footage shows that a private security guard was in that area and remained in the bushes for 48 seconds. Then, there is a suspicion that the security guard who left the area may have left the phone there or was spying on the people who left the phone. This needs to be clarified.

3 - The third point is that on the evening Rojin disappeared, suspicious activity was seen in a house in Bardakçı village. Two men and a woman drag a heavy object they took out of the white vehicle and take it into the house. The next morning, the same object is taken out of the house and put back into the vehicle. These images have not been adequately researched to date. We are considering the possibility that Rojin may have been kept in this house for a while after she was killed or knocked unconscious. There is a serious suspicion that the object carried could be Rojin. However, this is not a definitive determination yet. For this reason, we wanted to investigate the identities of the people and their HTS movements.

4 - The fourth important point in the report is that Rojin's roommate stated in his statement that he was in his room in the dormitory at around 22.30. However, base, GPS and tourniquet records do not match this statement.
