Enver Altaylı was brought to the courthouse in the investigation into the suspicious death of Kaşif Kozinoğlu

The investigation carried out by the Silivri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the suspicious death of former MİT officer Kaşif Kozinoğlu, who died in Silivri Prison in 2011, continues.

Former intelligence officer and FETO convict Enver Altaylı, whose statement will be taken as a 'suspect' within the scope of the investigation, was brought to Silivri Courthouse from the prison where he was detained. It is expected that the suspect will be questioned at the prosecutor's office in the coming hours.

The investigation into the suspicious death of former MİT officer Kozinoğlu in Silivri Prison in 2011 continues. Enver Altaylı, whose prison sentence of 23 years and 4 months was approved in 2024 for the crimes of "being a member of an armed terrorist organization" and "political and military espionage" for which he was tried within the scope of FETO, could not take his statement within the scope of the investigation due to health problems.
