UCO agents went to Badajoz last week to take statements from several members of the family clans linked to drug trafficking to whom the PSOE sewer proposed action against Beatriz Biedma, the judge who investigated the case of the position granted in the Badajoz Provincial Council to the brother of the President of the Government, who ended up sentenced to 9 years of disqualification for prevarication. At least, they would have collected the testimony of 'La Celsa' and the 'gypsy', among others, as EL MUNDO has been able to confirm.
This has been confirmed by various sources, who have warned that the agents wanted this latest action in the city of Badajoz to go unnoticed so as not to "generate even more noise" due to the significance of the case. The judge herself filed a complaint on September 16 before Judge Santiago Pedraz to appear as a private prosecutor in the case as a victim and for which she will testify on October 8. One of those involved, Cintia Rocho (known as 'La Celsa', leader of one of the family clans of Badajoz, confirmed in an interview on Tele 5 that two men whom she did not know until then. She assured that they let her know that they were a magistrate (pointing to former judge Sáenz de Tejada, a member of the sewer group recruited by 'the plumber') and a lawyer had contacted her to take action against Biedma, sending her the address of her home and images of the magistrate, her daughters and other judges in Badajoz, among other issues. "I understand that, if they gave me her address, that they wanted me to go to their house, it was not good at all," he said to declare about the sewer: "In exchange for acting against the magistrate, they had been promised judicial benefits from the cases in which they are involved in Badajoz, with the help of the Prosecutor's Office.
According to Cintia Rocho, the members of the clan would not have agreed to the sewer's requests to go against the magistrate, who had judicially investigated some of the specific cases of these Badajoz families, such as the murder by hitmen of Cintia's own father, which occurred on December 30, 2024, among other matters.
Seven months earlier, her husband was murdered in a cafeteria while he was having breakfast with her, who was injured. "From the first moment I told them not to count on me," said 'La Celsa', who pointed out in the interview that she would reveal more information and the names of the people who contacted her to the Civil Guard if they asked her.
The UCO had already warned in report No. 98/2026 of June 11 of this year that the PSOE sewer had developed a specific line of investigation that "targeted Judge Beatriz Biedma Rojano." The group was formed "at least" by Leire Díez herself, the businessman Javier Pérez Dolset, the hydrocarbons businessman and former president of Badajoz, Joaquín Parra, and the former magistrate expelled from his professional career due to a sentence of gender violence against his ex-wife, also a Badajoz judge, Luis José Sáenz de Tejada. This organization was coordinated through a WhatsApp group called 'Vacation and Travel', in addition to having meetings in a home in Madrid, such as the one held in September 2024 in a property on Diego de León Street. The purpose was to promote the recusal of the magistrate from the 'very brother' case and get her removed from the procedure.
To do this, they devised a plan that included obtaining and compiling information related to the judge, her personal, family and professional environment, as well as an intense discredit campaign through complaints, publications and actions broadcast on digital media, social networks and a YouTube channel managed by Sáenz de Tejada who, in parallel, offered to replace Emilio Cortés as David Sánchez's lawyer, although the brother of the President of the Government opposed this.
In addition, the UCO found the following entry in Leire Díez's personal agenda: "Judge of Badajoz. La Celsa. Heroine or gypsy." These terms set off all the alarms in Beatriz Biedma, who knew that the leader of the clan was known as 'La Celsa' or that 'the gypsy' was a known criminal related to drug trafficking in Badajoz. It was then that he decided, to protect his family, to report the facts.
