Woman reports beating, rape and attempted murder by her husband in Goiás

A woman reported that she was shot, beaten and raped by her husband. In a video, she said that the attacks took place over 11 years: "He says he's going to kill me," she said (see above). The suspect was arrested on GO-060, between Trindade and Goiânia, and was on the run from the police.

Og1 was unable to locate the suspect's defense until the last update of this report.

At the time of arrest, the victim gave details to the military police about the abuse she and her children suffered from the suspect.

"He hits my son. He kicks my boy in the mouth. He says he's going to kill me. He says in front of my boys that he's going to throw gasoline on me and set me on fire," said the victim.

According to what the woman reported to the military, the suspect even shot her in the leg and forced her to have sex after he drank and used drugs.

According to TV Anhanguera, he also forced the victim to have sex with him in the presence of her children.

The victim also said that her complaints against the man were only answered after obtaining recordings of the crimes.

"I have the videos and that's why I made the complaint and it worked. Because, until then, I didn't have any. I didn't have anyone to help me", lamented the victim.

The suspect is charged with rape, bodily harm, threats and insults.
