Urbagencia proposes including the Maricarmen apartment in the Reviva program, but the City Council rejects it and offers intermediation in the rental

Urbagencia Desarrollo e Inversión urgently proposed including the Maricarmen apartment in the Reviva program for its return with a stable and affordable rent, but the EMVS rejected it due to legal infeasibility. The City Council then offered its Rental Intermediation Service, accepted by Maricarmen representatives for a meeting on Monday at 4:00 p.m. The Tenants' Union accuses the company of trying to wash its image after the eviction and hospitalization of Maricarmen, and assures that the proposal will not stop the demonstration called for Saturday.
