"MUSIC EXPO LIVE 2026" moves to Taipei for the first time, debuting at the Arena on October 24th and 25th

"MUSIC EXPO LIVE 2026", which is going out of Japan for the first time, chose Taipei as its first overseas stop. It will be held at the Taipei Arena for two consecutive days on October 24th and 25th. In addition to AiNA THE END, ATEEZ, FRUITS ZIPPER, Hearts2Hearts, King & Prince, NCT Eight groups of popular Asian artists including WISH, Sakurazaka46, & TEAM will take turns to perform. The organizer has added a Taipei-limited stage, upgrading it to a version that "can only be seen in Taipei."

The biggest easter egg on the first day is the collaboration between FRUITS ZIPPER and the Japanese and Korean girl group Hearts2Hearts. The former is popular in Japan with the style of "NEW KAWAII", while the latter is a high-profile new face in the new generation of Korean girl groups. The two groups will perform classic idol songs together and redesign the choreography.

Just the mere sight of Japanese "cute" idols meeting South Korea's high-end stage style has already made fans guess the song list: whether it will be a Showa or Heisei classic, or a divine song that everyone will dance to as soon as they hear it in recent years. It is bound to become one of the easiest stages to play on DAY 1.

On the second day, it is &TEAM’s turn to take action. They will perform covers of classic songs, and they also announced that “special guests” will appear. The current identity is completely confidential, and fans are starting to wonder whether it will be a Japanese music senior, a Korean idol, or a Taiwanese artist who will make a surprise appearance. This has become the biggest suspense before the performance. For &TEAM, this time it’s not just about singing their own songs, but re-breaking classic works with team colors, which also adds a layer of anticipation to the next day that “you can’t guess what will happen in the next second.”

The two-day lineup also deliberately followed different routes; on October 24th, AiNA THE END, FRUITS ZIPPER, Hearts2Hearts, and King & Prince appeared, from individual singers, Japanese and Korean girl groups to Japanese national idols in one package; on October 25th, NCT WISH, Sakurazaka46, &TEAM and ATEEZ took over, and the overall stage intensity directly switched into high-energy mode.
