The series is a staff drama produced by the creator of "Tears of the Vulcan" again, focusing on the frontline medical scene of emergency. Huo Jianhua plays Zhou Chengjun, deputy director of the Department of Emergency Medicine of Yangda Hospital. He is a senior emergency physician with superb medical skills, decisiveness and ability, and an important senior leader in the growth of young doctors.
Yang Jinhua plays He Yuhua, a senior emergency physician who is professionally outstanding and dedicated to his work, but has left indelible scars due to the system and disputes in the workplace. Yang Jinhua shared: "What I like very much about her is that she won't get hurt just because she is strong. She has been a doctor for a long time, and her first reaction when encountering things is always to process, judge and solve. She is very used to being the person who makes others feel at ease. . But when she comes back to He Yuhua herself, she will also be afraid, doubtful, and even wonder if she has really done something wrong. Cai Fanxi plays the role of R1 Lin Gengming, a novice resident doctor with mediocre grades but exceptional admission by Zhou Chengjun. When he first entered the emergency room, he was in a hurry, but he always maintained his original intention of truly helping patients. Cai Fanxi shared about the upcoming release of the series: "'Miracle in the Emergency Room' is not just a medical drama. Zhan Zixuan shared the character Tang Xi's views on the emergency room: "After entering the emergency room, she experienced different situations every day, which gradually changed her original thoughts and broke her imagination of doctors. Peng Qianyou plays R1 Jiang Dongyan, who is the best in the class, talented but cold and distant. He enters the emergency room with Lin Gengming and Tang Xi, and gradually loses his guard in life-and-death incidents. Peng Qianyou also shared his feelings when he saw the script for the first time: "When I first saw Jiang Dongyan in the script, I thought he was very smart and confident. He was very different from me, so I wanted to challenge him. After auditioning with the directors, I got to know his personality and heart better, and found that he was confident on the surface, but he actually had issues in his heart that he couldn't let go, and he was more persistent in saving people. "Miracle in the Emergency Room" takes the emergency room as the core of the story, a department where every second counts. Director Li Zhiqiang and writer-director Huang Jingzu started from the medical scene and gradually established the true appearance of the emergency room in the play through preliminary fieldwork and actual contact with front-line medical workers. From how doctors make judgments at the moment of life and death, to the tacit understanding between the medical team, to the complex and subtle relationships between patients, family members and medical staff, the creative team hopes that in addition to the intense and exciting medical plot, the audience can also see the emotions and struggles between people on the emergency frontline.
Director Li Zhiqiang said: "We hope to make a work that breaks through the framework of Taiwanese medical dramas. The emotions and issues can resonate with Asian audiences at the same time. We hope that this will be a medical drama that transcends Taiwan's local characteristics and can also deeply describe humanistic emotions and issues.
