Rapporteur votes to partially accept the embargoes for declaration in the case of Marcela Pereira da Silva

The rapporteur, judge Kéops de Vasconcelos, voted to partially accept the embargoes, only to provide clarification on information, but maintained the previous decision.

"I am voting for the partial acceptance of the embargoes for declaration with merely integrative effects and solely to provide clarifications contained in the reasoning regarding the functional situation and the termination of Marcela Pereira da Silva's employment relationship, maintaining the conclusion and other terms of the embargoed ruling", concluded the rapporteur.

In the document countering the embargoes, the judge states that there is no basis for reopening the trial in the form of integration.

Vitor Hugo's candidacy was rejected by TRE-PB on September 14th. The candidacy registration was challenged based on article 17, paragraph 4, of the Federal Constitution, which prohibits political parties from using paramilitary or similar organizations.
