Illegal alcohol operation under the coordination of Sakarya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office

Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams, under the coordination of the Sakarya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, carried out work to prevent smuggling crimes.

During the operation carried out at a suspect's home and workplace in Karasu, 400 liters of ethyl alcohol, 200 liters of handmade fake raki, 110 liters of handmade whiskey, 45 bottles of handmade raki, 25 bottles of handmade whiskey, 25 bottles of illegal alcoholic beverages, 10 bottles of alcohol flavoring, 14 materials used in alcohol production, 300 empty bottles, 100 pistol cartridges and 25 blank pistol cartridges were seized. Judicial and administrative proceedings were initiated against the suspect who was detained regarding the incident.
