TAHSİL EDİLEN PARALAR KAYDEDİLMEDİ

Bunun dışında idare tarafından üçüncü kişiler adına düzenlenen idari para cezalarından yasal süresi içerisinde tahsil olunan tutarların, idarenin mali tablolarında yer almadığı belirlendi. İdare yanıtında, KGM tarafından düzenlenen idari para cezalarının takip ve tahsilinin Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı’nca yapılacağı, KGM’nin yasal süresinde tahsil edilen idari para cezalarının takibi veya tahsili ile ilgili yapacağı herhangi bir işleme gerek olmadığını savundu. Sayıştay ise, KGM’nin düzenlediği idari para cezalarına ilişkin yasal süresi içerisinde vergi daireleri tarafından tahsil edilen tutarları kendi mali tablolarına yansıyacak şekilde takip etmesi gerektiğini bildirdi.

BOĞAZDA DENETİMSİZ KANO

Sayıştay’ın Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı Denetim Raporu’nda ise İstanbul Boğazı’nda çeşitli işletmeler, spor kulüpleri veya kişiler tarafından kano faaliyetleri yürütülmesine karşın bu faaliyetlere ilişkin liman başkanlıkları tarafından herhangi bir belgelendirme, izin ve denetim yapılmadığına dikkat çekildi.
