蝦皮這波跟OpenAI的合作,範圍其實不小。整合進ChatGPT的服務,一口氣涵蓋印尼、馬來西亞、菲律賓、新加坡、泰國、台灣、越南與巴西共8個市場;蝦皮也計畫把「ChatGPT for Business」導入賣家生態圈,讓中小賣家能用AI自動生成商品文案、行銷素材,客服應答效率也能一併提升。查詢公開股權資料會發現,Sea美資股東占比接近五成,這也讓外界更容易理解,為什麼這家東南亞科技巨頭近年AI布局一路往美系靠攏。
而這股合作能量,最近也具體落地到台灣。蝦皮母公司Sea日前攜手美國OpenAI,在台北國際會議中心舉辦「Sea X OpenAI黑客松亞太區系列賽」台灣站決賽,吸引大批開發者、學生與新創團隊參與。這場賽事今年6月從新加坡出發,台灣是海外首站,接下來還會陸續前進越南、印尼、馬來西亞及泰國。
把鏡頭轉到中國陣營,畫面完全不一樣。阿里巴巴集團今年5月讓旗下千問App跟淘寶完成雙向打通,用戶可以直接在千問App下單,也能在淘寶App裡叫出千問購物助手,購物跟AI服務全部收在阿里自家模型體系裡,形成一套跟美系電商完全相反的封閉式生態系。
業界人士分析,這種美系持續擴展合作、中國自研封閉的差異,背後其實牽涉到中西方對資料治理跟用戶授權的不同想法。美系電商採用歐美AI技術服務時,普遍要照歐美個資法規走,消費者對自己的購物紀錄要不要被AI存取,有比較明確的選擇跟退出機制;中國電商的AI生態則多半是集團內部自己包辦,數據比較不會外流,但外界對它怎麼用這些數據、有沒有受到第三方監督,了解相對有限。隨著AI逐漸變成電商的基礎建設,這條中美路線的分野,接下來只會愈來愈明顯。
