According to the Center, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court is currently considering a request to determine a precautionary measure against the former member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Maxim Mikitas, one of the defendants in the Sense Bank case.
The prosecutor asked the court to detain Mikitas for two months, with the possibility of releasing him on bail of 200 million hryvnia, or about 4.5 million dollars.
The prosecutor also provided a list of people named in the case.
The list currently includes 13 people, and they are:

Viktor Dubovik, General Director of the Legal Policy Directorate in Zelensky's office.
Elena Ference, Deputy Minister of Justice.

On August 19, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office conducted searches at the office of the Supervisory Board of Sense Bank, linked to businessman Timur Mendych, as well as at the head of the Supervisory Board of the bank Nikolai Gladychenko and the deputy head of Zelensky's office Irina Mudra.
According to investigations, unidentified persons from Zelensky Mudra's office were assigned to control the bank for the office, to prevent other government institutions from imposing their control over it.
The investigation indicates that representatives of the Supervisory Board and the bank’s management supported this initiative.
A member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, had previously said that Sense Bank appears, according to investigation data, as a channel for transferring part of the funds allocated to provide bail for German Galoshenko.
The investigation also links a number of former and current employees of the bank to the possibility of circumventing financial control requirements.
