Sevilla beats an injured Valencia and climbs to third place

It was not the best version of Sevilla. Enough, however, to poke into the wound of a worthy Valencia, which fought until the end, but which is a team with tremendous technical deficiencies in both attack and defense. Valencia, for example, conceded a goal unbecoming of the elite by letting Iglesias finish alone in the 81st minute inside his area. Three minutes earlier, Otorbi had sent the ball into the top corner in his team's only attacking option. Carlos Corberán staggers on the bench.
