5607 Sayılı Yasaya Muhalefet suçundan sanık Roini ve Shorena oğlu, 1996 GÜRCİSTAN doğumlu, TORNIKE TARIELADZE hakkında yapılan yargılama sonucu sanık hakkında açılan kamu davasının TCK nun 66/1-e, 67/3 ve CMK nun 223/8 maddesi gereğince DÜŞMESİNE karar verildiği, tüm aramalara rağmen sanığın bulunamadığı ve mahkememizce verilen gerekçeli karar ile katılan Ege Gümrük ve Dış Ticaret Bölge Müdürlüğü vekilinin gerekçeli istinaf başvuru talep dilekçesi kendisine tebliğ edilemediğinden,

1-7021 Sayılı Tebligat Kanunun 29. Maddesi gereğince hüküm özetinin bir gazete ve bir internet haber sitesinden ilanen tebliğine,
