The immovable properties whose file numbers and property information are written below are T.R. Article 10 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942 states that since the decision to expropriate the property has been made by the General Directorate of State Railways, an annulment lawsuit can be filed in the administrative jurisdiction and a correction lawsuit against material errors can be filed in the judicial jurisdiction within 30 days from the date of notification or announcement against the expropriation process. If it is not documented that the lawsuit has been filed and the decision to stay the execution has been taken, the expropriation process will be finalized and the property will be registered in the name of the expropriating administration based on the expropriation fee determined by the court.
