The case of The Insider editor-in-chief Roman Dobrokhotov has been sent to court

The Moscow prosecutor's office sent to court the case of the editor-in-chief of the online publication The Insider (recognized in Russia as a foreign agent media and included in the list of undesirable organizations) Roman Dobrokhotov (included by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the list of foreign agents). The press service of the department reported this to Lenta.ru.

Dobrokhotov is accused of organizing the activities of an undesirable organization. According to investigators, he was twice brought to administrative responsibility on similar grounds, and also, while continuing the activities of The Insider, published materials with a negative assessment of what is happening in Russia on one of the video hosting sites. The court will consider the editor-in-chief's case in absentia, since he is wanted.
