The "Taiwan International Children and Youth Carnival" will be held in Kaohsiung from September 23 to 27. Among them, the "Tiffi Delivery Film Festival for Children and Young Adults" selects 106 works from 45 countries, arranges 50 screenings, and invites 20 international filmmakers to cross the sea to Taiwan for exchanges, making Kaohsiung a video scene where children meet the world.

PTV stated that the film selections for this year's film festival span dramas, animations and documentary films, and their themes range from microscopic family, friendship, and self-identity to macroscopic issues of cultural differences, ethnic groups, war and life. Many of the works are debuting in Asia for the first time, showing diverse viewing perspectives.

The opening film of the film festival selected the Hungarian feature film "A Book to Myself", which uses a delicate story to depict the process of growth and self-exploration of children; the closing film features the Taiwan premiere of the Japanese film "BISHU: The Gentlest Clothes in the World", which depicts family love, dreams and growth with a warm and touching story, and concludes the five-day film festival.

In addition to screening on the big screen, the festival also invites 20 international filmmakers to meet face-to-face with the audience to share their creative processes, video perspectives, and stories about children and children from different cultural backgrounds, allowing the audience to not only watch movies, but also communicate with the creators. The international filmmaker lineup includes Australian senior animation director Noel Cleary, Italian animation directors Lorenzo Latrofa and Massimiliano di Lauro, and Japanese director Yokohama Natsuko, etc., who will come to Kaohsiung to participate in the festival activities and launch a rare cross-border dialogue.

Public Television said that the main screening venue of the "Tiffi Delivery Film Festival for Young Children and Young Children" is located at the Kaohsiung Main Picture Store of Happy Times Cinema. The Kaohsiung Exhibition Center has simultaneously launched an immersive interactive exhibition area, allowing children of all ages to extend the experience from the big screen to the on-site experience and explore a more diverse world of images.
