Fatal cuts in Delmenhorst: Police are investigating

A fatally injured 25-year-old was found late on Friday evening in Delmenhorst near Bremen. Doctors pronounced him dead at the hospital, police said. An investigation into a homicide has begun. The young man suffered cuts.
