TOKİ Launched a Social Housing Project for Rent in Istanbul

Minister Kurum, in his post about the sample flats in Ataşehir on his social media account, said, "Are you curious about our houses? Here are the TOKİ houses that we will rent in Ataşehir." According to the statement made by the Ministry, 15 thousand houses will be rented to low-income citizens with the rental social housing model, which will be implemented for the first time in Turkey. Applications for the 1071 residences completed in the first phase of the project will be received free of charge via e-Government on 14-25 September. The draw and house deliveries will begin in October.

Starting from 10 thousand TL

360 of the rental houses will be located in Başakşehir, Gaziosmanpaşa, Beyoğlu and Güngören, 330 in Maltepe, Tuzla and Kartal, 291 in Ataşehir, Sancaktepe, Ümraniye and Üsküdar, and 90 in Arnavutköy. Rental prices will start from 10 thousand liras for 1+1 residences, 12 thousand liras for 2+1 residences, 15 thousand liras for 3+1 residences, and 18 thousand liras for 4+1 residences.
