Court of Review of Milan revokes house arrest for accused of sexual abuse

The Court of Review of Milan has revoked house arrest, replacing it with the obligation to stay, for Mamon Abd Elmanam Yaser Hassan, accused of having abused a student. Alleged abuse occurred in Corso Como, a few steps from the Hollywood nightclub, on the night of August 15th. The person who appealed to the Review was the lawyer Pierpaolo Proverbio, defender of the thirty-eight year old. "My client explained that it was a consensual relationship, so the main objective was the revocation of any precautionary measure; however, his release is a step forward, which allows him to face the investigation more calmly", explains Proverbio to Adnkronos.
