I removed it after my family's reaction. My Instagram account has many followers. The image was copied by other people and published on different media without my permission."

'I had no intention of exhibitionism'

Ekinci stated that he took the images while he was doing sports and that he did not aim to be an exhibitionist in his sharing, and said, "I did not earn any financial income from the sharing in question. I did not foresee that the image could constitute a criminal element."

Ahmet Yılmaz, known for his character "Crocodile Celil" in the TV series Çukur, said in his statement: "I produce content through social media. I share on TikTok and YouTube. I do not accept the accusations. He said, "If I had known that the posts contained obscenity, I would not have made such posts." 4 people were arrested

Within the scope of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Tuğba Ekinci, Ahmet Yılmaz, Ozan Rüzgar Dikici and Beren Akın for the crime of "intermediating the publication of obscene publications". In the arrest decision, the nature and nature of the crime charged against the suspects, the lower and upper limits of the penalty prescribed by law for the crime, and the available evidence within the scope of the file were evaluated. It was stated that in the investigation file, which also included the statements of the suspects, there were facts indicating strong suspicion of crime regarding the crime charged against them.
