Cancellation of Election Results and Transfer of Mayors in Türkiye Alleged Constitutional Crime

Our Republican Regime is defined in our Constitution as a Democratic, Secular and Social State of Law.

This regime has two bases of legitimacy:

The first basis of legitimacy is that the source of power is the free, fair, transparent, periodic election results called "National Will" or "National Will".

The second basis of legitimacy is that all the actions and discourses of the elected government are in compliance with the "Fundamental Rights and Freedoms", especially the freedoms of expression (media, protest and opposition), and that this compliance is supervised by the independent judiciary (usually the Constitutional Court).

The current Government has stated through repeated practices and discourses that it does not comply with the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the ECHR, which are the second source of legitimacy and which the Constitution requires to be followed unconditionally.

It damaged the condition of free, fair, transparent and periodic elections, which is the primary source of legitimacy, by considering the votes cast against the law as valid during the so-called referendum of April 16, 2017.

After the 2023 and 2024 elections, the Government's TRANSFER of nearly a hundred mayors and around twenty deputies of the opposition parties that won the elections in which their own candidates lost, is a direct REGIME COUP AND A CONSTITUTIONAL CRIME:

Because with these transfers, the Government not only rejected the "Nation/People's support", that is, the "National Will" given to those elected people, but also changed it by turning it in its favor, contrary to what the voters wanted.

Of course, the attitudes and behaviors of the "elected people" who are subject to transfers and the "government that accepts them" also raise the question of morality:

Lying to and deceiving thousands or even millions of voters, including friends, close colleagues, and close friends, in order to be elected; thus violating both public and political morality, the election, the Democratic Regime and the Constitution!

Politicians of the Republic of Turkey, members of parliament, mayors, ministers, managers of the ruling and opposition parties, in short, all citizens, whether they are in politics or outside, are of course not such people:

Of course, those who take these oaths are moral, conscientious, reliable and loyal people.

In addition, I have repeatedly emphasized the general and legal morality of members of the judiciary and their commitment to the Republic of Türkiye, the Democratic Secular and Social State of Law.

Please do not take over municipalities through various methods, contrary to the election results.

Please stop and fix these transfers as well.
