Tusk appeals to Nawrocki to sign the fuel bill, the president has constitutional doubts

Almost every day, Donald Tusk appeals to Karol Nawrocki to sign the bill, which, in the Prime Minister's opinion, may affect fuel prices. The head of government argues that the lack of a decision by the head of state means high prices at gas stations for drivers.

However, Karol Nawrocki does not want to sign the solution pushed by the government. The president points to constitutional doubts, because the windfall tax would cover income earned from March 2026. Will drivers who will have to pay high fuel prices remain victims of the "war at the top?" Is there a chance for a compromise between the presidential center and the government regarding fuel?

The conversation will include questions about Maciej Berek and the matter of the oath of office of a former minister in Donald Tusk's government as a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal. What will be the president's decision?
