When the Left Party crisis-managed the suspicions of election fraud last week, it took three days before party leader Nooshi Dadgostar broke the silence. The only comment before that was a picture of some dolphins on her Instagram, with the text: "You and your bestie when you become members of the Left Party!"
In Sunday's "Agenda", the party leader was still conspicuous by his absence. Instead, she once again sent forward her deputy party leader, Ida Gabrielsson, about whom one can say a lot - but not directly accuse her of "going through the cracks".
However, she could explain the "dolphins"!
Every single cone should have understood, she hinted, that it was of course not Nooshi himself who posted the picture, it was obviously one of the party's communicators. Get it yourself.

Nooshi Dadgostar should of course have made a Sunday visit to "Agenda" herself, especially as her party in the SVT studio dropped the biggest political bomb of the post-election: The Left Party would not vote for the Social Democrats' speaker candidate, but instead for the Tidöpartierna's incumbent speaker, the moderate Riksdag Andreas Norlén.
"A declaration of war", stated the former social democratic state secretary Irene Wennemo a while later in the same "Agenda".
Yes, to say the least: Just twelve hours later, Magdalena Andersson announced that they were giving up trying to form a government after the Left Party's shock announcement.
Maybe it's time for a new animal fable on Nooshi Dadgostar's Instagram: How about some meerkats looking at each other and looking like living question marks?

It's us voters who wonder: How damn much right does the Left Party (in particular), the Social Democrats and the Center give to all the bourgeois politicians who, with Ulf Kristersson at the helm, warned and scoffed for months that "they will never be able to agree".

Many voters perhaps make the mistake of thinking that they had at least half a year, before the election, to at least have a decent conversation. But no then.
Camilla Kvartoft's torrential interview with Ida Gabrielsson focused for far too long on the election fraud that no one can or wants to comment on before, among other things, the police investigations are complete. Why she didn't instead focus much harder on the question we all want answered - how they will agree to form a capable government - was easily incomprehensible. Especially when we saw the consequences on Monday morning.

The French spy series "False identity" (5 seasons on SVT) is perhaps the best ever made in the genre - when the Americans made their own version, "The agency", premiering in early 2025 and starring, among others, Michael Fassbender, many of us frowned. But by the time season two was released this summer (on Skyshowtime), I had long since smoothed out my features.
"The agency" is not as psychologically challenging as its French relative, but the execution is at least as handsome, the acting at least as high level (or higher). It is politically easier to sympathize with the French intelligence service DGSE than with the American CIA, but if you can conjure up your political reluctance, "The agency" is something you will gladly step into the autumn with. Season two is also sharper than the first.
