Western Pacific Group organizes the Run For Children 2026 charity race

Western Pacific Group launched the first Run For Children 2026 season, held on September 6 in Bac Ninh, contributing to the "Relaying the Future" scholarship program.

Run For Children 2026, organized to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Western Pacific Group (WPG), is scheduled to take place on the morning of September 6 at Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province.

According to the organizing committee, the tournament is expected to gather more than 200 participating athletes, including WPG employees, customers, partners, investors, representatives of business associations, management agencies and local communities. Participants run the 4 km distance in the form of movement and do not have to pay fees.

The highlight of the tournament lies in connecting sports with community activities. For each athlete who validly completes the 4 km route, WPG will contribute 2 million VND to the "Relay the Future" scholarship program. The program plans to award 200 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties and have good academic achievements in the locality.

The business representative said that this activity is in the direction of connecting the two decades of development milestone of the business with responsibility to the community. The theme of the program, "20 years of steady progress - Powering the future", is built from two parts - "20 years of steady progress" is associated with WPG's journey of formation and development since 2006, while "Supporting the Future" aims to transform the values ​​created by the business into activities to support the local young generation.

In addition to the goal of supporting and sharing social responsibility through the "Support the Future" scholarship program, the run also connects employees, customers, partners, investors, business associations and the local community. At Run For Children 2026, the entire 4km running route is located within the Yen Phong II-A industrial park. Thereby, customers, partners, investors and the attending community can directly experience the space, landscape and infrastructure at the project.

15 km from Noi Bai International Airport, Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park has a scale of 151.27 hectares, known as one of the key projects of Western Pacific Group in the North. With the race, WPG hopes that the 20-year milestone will not only be recognized by business numbers and growth, but also through a community activity with the direct participation of employees, partners and localities.
