İbrahim Ay, who revealed the truth by tracing the pasta he ate, said, "I wondered where I ate from. I went to the address of the company written in open sources where I placed the order. I noticed that the address was an empty shop." he said.

Explaining that he continued his research because the address he reached on the internet was empty, Ay said:

"- Since there was no receipt, I ordered again, both because I would not have proof with my complaint and to confirm which company I was eating at and whether it was the new address. I noticed that there was a new address written on this receipt. When I went there again, I saw that there was another pasta place there too.

Then I realized that this person was manufacturing at home. "It is already against the rules of hygiene to manufacture food at home and serve it to people without a license, illegally, under the counter, or as a courier, and to cook food and serve it to people in a way that endangers human health."

Stating that he applied to both the police and the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry through CİMER and with a petition, Ay said that the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture reported that the workplace was actually closed in 2022.

İbrahim Ay said that the police teams went to the address the other day and inspected it, but only a report was kept because the address was not a business, and continued as follows:

"Then, the police teams carried out an inspection based on my complaint. This time, the woman responded to the police teams by saying, 'I produce this at the hotel.' The police teams confirmed this issue with the hotel manager.

- However, there are already images showing that it was not carried out at the hotel, both when leaving the house, loading the products on the motorcycle and delivering the order. There are images taken by surrounding citizens. It was a great shame not to take action against the citizen who ignored so much evidence, believed the citizen's false statement, and disregarded human health.

- The false statement of a person who disregards human health, works as a motor courier, runs an illegal under-the-counter business, and makes the order in the kitchen and delivers it to the customer, does not mean that he does not poison other people. One day, others may also be victims of this issue. I was victimized.

- I demand that whoever has made purchases so far should be questioned, taking into account their health, and also how many purchases have been made, whether taxes have been paid, and that this person be penalized both judicially and administratively.
