100-year-old Ali Gül in Yozgat's Yerköy told his secrets to a long life

100-year-old Ali Gül, who lives in Yozgat's Yerköy district, shared the secrets of his long and healthy life while experiencing the happiness of leaving a century behind.

Gül, who was born in 1926, stated that he maintained his health despite his advancing age and attributed this to the eating habits he paid attention to throughout his life.

Stating that he never misses yoghurt from his table, Gül said, "I have eaten and worn the best of everything throughout my life."

SPENDING TIME ON HER TERRACE FULL OF FLOWERS

Ali Gül, who decorated the terrace of his house with flowers and various decorations, said that he always finds himself busy.

Gül said, "I grow grapes on the terrace. I cut and give lots of grapes to neighbors who come. I don't leave anyone without grapes."

Stating that no one has rights until the age of 100, Gül stated that he attaches importance to working and living right.

"I DON'T EAT FOOD WITHOUT YOGURT"

Explaining his daily life habits, Ali Gül said that he gets up early, prays and pays attention to his nutrition.

Gül said, "I am careful about what I eat and drink. I eat the best food. I do not eat without yoghurt. I never spare money, I earn, I eat."

Stating that he never needed regular medical check-ups, Gül said that he went to the hospital only once in his life for a hip fracture.

Expressing that he attaches importance to dressing cleanly and doing charity, Gül explained that he supports kindergartens and the Mehmetçik Foundation.

Ali Gül emphasized that regular nutrition, diligence and goodwill are important for a healthy and long life.
