Zelenskiy explained about the Russian-guided bomb attack on Sumi

Zelenskiy stated in his post on his social media account that the city of Sumy was targeted by Russia.

Stating that guided bombs were used in the attack, Zelenskiy said, "4 KAB (guided bombs) hit the city center and the school building where classes were held.
