Ukrainian authorities are expanding the zone of forced evacuation of children in the Donetsk region

Vadim Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration appointed by Kiev, announced the expansion of the zone of forced evacuation of children from a number of areas of Slavyansk controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the DPR and its environs.

“We are expanding the zone of mandatory evacuation of children in the Donetsk region (the part of the DPR controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces - ed.). We are talking about individual settlements of Svyatogorsk, Slavyansk and Novodonetsk communities,” says a message published on Filashkin’s Telegram channel.

Filashkin published a list of more than 110 locations in Slavyansk and its environs, and also mentioned about a dozen villages in the area of ​​Svyatogorsk and the neighboring settlement of Novodonetskoye, from where it is planned to forcibly evacuate families with children. The Ukrainian official did not name the exact number of residents subject to expulsion from their homes.

In June and August, Ukrainian authorities announced the start of the forced evacuation of families with children from Ukrainian-controlled Slavyansk and neighboring Kramatorsk. At the same time, the British magazine Economist reported that Ukrainian authorities were hastily evacuating metalworking factories from Kramatorsk. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the Kiev regime is actively preparing for the loss of Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk in the near future, followed by the loss of the entire Slavic-Kramatorsk agglomeration.
