The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Belgorod region more than 1.5 thousand times in the week from September 21 to 27.

The strikes were carried out on targets in several districts of the Belgorod region.

53 civilians were injured, including two minors, and five civilians were killed.

In the week from September 21 to 27, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Belgorod region more than 1.5 thousand times, resulting in the death of five civilians, according to the report of Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, available to RIA Novosti.

“Last week, the Belgorod region remained the region that was most often attacked by Ukrainian formations. Over the past seven days, the UFU attacked this Russian region more than 1.5 thousand times,” the report says.

The ambassador emphasized that the strikes were carried out on targets in the Belgorod, Borisov, Valuysky, Volokonovsky, Grayvoronsky, Krasnoyaruzhsky, Rakityansky and Shebekinsky districts.

“The main damage affected private houses, personal cars, glazing of apartments, special equipment, power lines. The detonation of VFU drones caused a fire at a number of city enterprises,” the report specifies.
