Among them, one piece of land in the agricultural area of ​​Yutong Section on the outskirts of Changhua City failed to bid last year and lowered the minimum bid price this year before re-auctioning. After the announcement, the bid opening will be held at 9 a.m. on December 11.

The Civil Affairs Office of the Changhua County Government pointed out that in this auction, the lowest entry price target was land number 56, Luoyang Section, Beidou Town, residential land. The base price was less than 100,000 yuan, only 96,000 yuan, the area was 5 square meters, and the scope of rights was 1/2. The unit price per square meter was only 19,200 yuan.

The Civil Affairs Office stated that the land to which the sacrificial public property belongs has not been clarified and no one has declared it within three years of the announcement period, or the declaration has been rejected, and no petition has been filed within the expiration date or a court ruling has been filed, and the land has been determined by a decision on the petition or a court ruling and it has been rejected, the county government will auction it on its behalf to facilitate cadastral management.

The Civil Affairs Office reminds that this type of cadastral cleared land will be sold as it is.
