〔記者李文德/雲林報導〕雲林縣邁入超高齡社會,如何讓長者持續學習、健康生活、參與社會,已成為高齡政策的重要課題。國立台北大學高齡與社區研究中心,因此捐贈1000本《學老誌》給雲林縣府。縣府表示,未來將透過長青學苑及社區照顧關懷據點等高齡服務網絡推廣運用,讓高齡學習資源走進社區。
台北大學教授曾敏傑指出,《學老誌》迄今發行3年,每3個月出版1期,為國內高齡教育的公益性刊物,涵蓋健康老化、長期照顧、高齡居住、社會參與、退休生活等多元面向,引導中高齡者以更積極自主的態度迎接人生不同階段。

他表示,《學老誌》出版初衷,是希望協助中高齡者學習面對老化,回應長壽化及超高齡社會帶來的各項課題,目前除按季寄送全國圖書館,也透過外部資源支持,將刊物贈送各縣市政府,進一步走入社區,作為長者終身學習的媒介,目前已陸續提供18個縣市政府推廣運用。
副縣長謝淑亞表示,目前縣內長青學苑共有24個辦理單位,社區關懷據點有222處,透過多元課程、健康促進及社區活動等方式,讓長者就近學習、交流互動。此次與台北大學合作,更進一步將高齡教育資源帶進社區。「學老」並不是等到老了才開始,而是每個人都需要提早準備的人生課題。
縣府社會處表示,此次受贈的刊物,後續將透過長青學苑及社區據點等在地服務網絡推廣運用,讓高齡學習資源不只停留在書本,更能成為長者認識老化、準備老後生活及持續參與社會的學習媒介。
