Эксперты сервиса провели исследование по ситуации на рынке труда в металлургической отрасли за январь-август 2026 года и проанализировали спрос работодателей по регионам России и отдельным профессиям.
"В региональном разрезе наиболее заметный рост спроса на специалистов в металлургической отрасли за восемь месяцев 2026 года зафиксирован в Алтайском крае - на 146% год к году", - говорится в исследовании.
Также в число регионов, где вырос спрос, вошла Мурманская область - там количество вакансий увеличилось на 132%. А топ-3 замыкает Томская область, где работодатели стали искать специалистов на 110% чаще, чем годом ранее.
Как пояснили эксперты "Авито Работы", рост заинтересованности работодателей во многом связан с формированием в этих регионах новых производственных кластеров и развитием металлургических проектов.
