China News Service, Jiamusi, September 24 (Han Xue) On the 23rd, the 4th Jiamusi Satellite Industry Development Conference and Commercial Aerospace Industry Technology Innovation Alliance Conference concluded in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. The conference focused on releasing 15 satellite industry technological achievements, demonstrating the latest exploration in the commercial aerospace field in Northeast China.
Jiamusi is located between 45º and 48º north latitude, with flat terrain, stable geology, wide elevation angle, and good satellite measurement and control conditions. This location, together with Kashgar in Xinjiang and Sanya in Hainan, constitutes an important spatial layout of China's satellite measurement and control network. It has certain advantages in satellite transit signal reception orbits and other aspects, which helps to improve data reception efficiency.
The 15 satellite industry technological achievements released at this conference cover five major fields: satellite equipment manufacturing, remote sensing scenario application, Beidou large-scale application, satellite Internet, and satellite measurement and operation control. All achievements are recommended by relevant enterprises and scientific research institutions organized by the conference. Specific technical indicators and application scenarios will be successively implemented and verified in relevant cooperation projects.
The core technology of "sky-ground" integrated remote sensing monitoring for digital agriculture in cold areas is one of the technical achievements released at this conference. This technology has been used in scenario demonstrations at Jiamusi Fuyuan Jiucheng Cooperative to explore ways to share agricultural data and realize digital management of all aspects of farming, management and harvesting. Demonstration data shows that agricultural inputs are saved by about 18%, operating efficiency is increased by more than 20%, and rice yield per mu (1 hectare = 15 acres) is increased by about 50 kilograms. It provides a practical reference for improving the low efficiency of manual data collection in traditional agriculture, and also accumulated experience for digital agriculture in cold areas of Heilongjiang.
In recent years, Jiamusi City has continued to deploy the satellite industry relying on location conditions. According to the organizer of the conference, the local area has established cooperative relationships with 28 aerospace companies such as China Star Network and Shanghai Yuanxin, and has implemented 21 industrial projects with an investment scale of more than 4 billion yuan. The regional satellite industry agglomeration has initially taken shape.
Feng Xiaohu, deputy director of the National Satellite Meteorological Center, said at the meeting that in the future, the two parties will deepen regular pragmatic cooperation, fully tap the value of satellite remote sensing data resources, promote the implementation of standardized application solutions in the fields of modern agricultural monitoring, ecological protection, disaster early warning and other fields, and use aerospace information technology to serve the real economy and ecological governance.
