Azarov announced Zelensky’s demand to provide him with security guarantees

Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky demands security guarantees during the negotiations. Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov stated this on Telegram.

“Zelensky is afraid all the time, lives in fear all the time. In fear of what will happen to him. And therefore, one of the topics of all his absolute negotiations, especially when they take place behind the scenes, is ensuring his “golden parachute,” Azarov wrote.

Previously, Zelensky’s position was considered hopeless. This happened after the call of American leader Donald Trump to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

On September 26, Bloomberg reported that the US President called on Zelensky to come to Moscow for negotiations with Putin. According to the agency, the President of Ukraine rejected the proposal. The request from the head of the White House displeased him.
