Prime Minister Han made this assessment in his congratulatory speech at the opening ceremony of the joint banquet held at a hotel in Seoul that day, and said, "I think Korea's cooperation, especially with the United States and China, and with the European Union (EU) in between, is very important."

He said, "Next month, 'APK 2026', the largest event in the Asia-Pacific region of the German business community, will also be held in Seoul," and added, "I hope that it will be a valuable opportunity for Korean and German companies to open a path to greater growth through new investments and cooperation."

He added, "This year is a very meaningful year as it marks the 140th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and France." He added, "The scope of (cooperation) is expanding to include university cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, space, bio, and science and technology."

Prime Minister Han also promised, “The government will do its best to cooperate so that the investments and challenges of German and French businesses today can lead to greater results in the Republic of Korea.”
