Ulsan Ulju Welfare Foundation, Central Disabled Welfare Center and Disabled Persons Rights Protection Agency business agreement signed

Ulsan Ulju Welfare Foundation announced on the 17th that the Central Disabled Welfare Center signed a business agreement with the Ulsan City Disabled Rights Protection Agency to prevent abuse and human rights violations and promote the rights of the disabled.

The agreement was established to prevent abuse and human rights violations of the disabled and to establish a cooperative system that can respond quickly based on the expertise and resources of both organizations when suspected cases occur.

It also aims to strengthen rights protection and support for disabled people and those in crisis, and to spread a culture of protecting and respecting the human rights of disabled people throughout the community.

In particular, when suspected cases of abuse or human rights violations of the disabled are discovered, information is shared and consultation, reporting, support and linkage with specialized agencies are promoted to increase initial response capacity and protect the safety and rights of the affected disabled people.

In addition, it was decided to provide education and promotion on human rights and abuse prevention for the disabled, residents, and workers, expand the cooperation system with related organizations in the community, and strengthen the safety net to protect the human rights of the disabled.
