“The crew of the strike unmanned aerial vehicle of the Molniya-2 aircraft type, equipped with a thermal imaging camera, of the special forces unit of the Center group of troops destroyed the UAV control center and equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at night in the Dobropolsky direction of the special military operation,” the message says.

According to the military department, at night the operator of a reconnaissance UAV discovered the heat signature of an armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was transporting attack FPV drones to the control point.

“After clarifying the coordinates, the command decided to use the Molniya-2 drone with a night vision camera to hit the identified targets,” the Russian Ministry of Defense clarified.

The UAV operator with the call sign Chizh noted that now the enemy rarely uses transport and logistics are mainly carried out using ground-based robotic systems, as well as using personnel.

“All this is identified in a timely manner and defeat is inflicted,” he emphasized.
