The target products are asphalt concrete, which is greatly influenced by oil prices, and volume-rate bags that are closely related to people's lives.

Last March, the Public Procurement Service exempted these products from competition in the second stage of the multi-supplier contract to ensure prompt delivery, while also relaxing the price adjustment requirements so that any rise in raw material prices can be immediately reflected in the product price.
