A drunk driver in Keelung crashed into two motorcycles in the opposite direction. The female rider suffered fractured limbs and is in coma and is being rescued.

A 41-year-old man surnamed Chen in Keelung was driving drunk near No. 124 Harmony Street at about 2 pm on the 6th. He was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and lost control of the car. He directly hit two motorcycles, one of which was pinned under the car. After the police arrived at the scene, they found that Mr. Chen smelled of alcohol. They conducted a breathalyzer test on him and found that his alcohol level was as high as 0.58 mg. They then took him back for investigation. However, the female knight surnamed Bai who was hit was sent to the hospital with broken limbs and severe injuries and fell into a coma. She is still in the hospital for rescue.

Police investigation revealed that at the time of the incident, Mr. Chen was driving drunk on the road. The vehicle hit the motorcycle of a 31-year-old female knight surnamed Bai in the opposite direction, affecting the motorcycle of a knight surnamed Jiang. Bai Nu was directly hit by a vehicle and fell into coma on the spot. After the ambulance personnel arrived at the scene, they sent the bruised Jiang Nan and the seriously injured Bai Nu to the hospital for rescue.

Because Chen Nan smelled strongly of alcohol, the police conducted a breathalyzer test in accordance with regulations. His alcohol level was as high as 0.58 milligrams. He was classified as a public dangerous offender on the spot and was taken back for questioning and transferred to the Keelung District Prosecutor's Office for investigation. It is reported that the female knight surnamed Bai was seriously injured and has not yet regained consciousness.
