The verdict pointed out that Male A dropped out of high school and worked part-time in a supermarket. In mid-November last year, he met a third-grade girl who was only 15 years old at the time, and the two immediately established a relationship on the 20th of the same month. The verdict pointed out that the first time the two had sex was at Man A's rental house, and the second time they went to a public toilet to "get a room" in the middle of a date at a sports park in New Taipei City. On a certain day in February this year, the two broke into an elementary school toilet near their home to have a "wild fight."

It wasn't until the girl's father noticed the differences in her life and behavior that he became more concerned and investigated. He was shocked to discover that his daughter was having sex with an adult man in a public place, and he angrily reported it to the police. Man A confessed to the crime and had evidence such as screenshots of conversation records, location maps and photos of the scene. The prosecutor believed that the three sexual acts of male A on the girl occurred at different times and locations, and they filed separate prosecutions.

The judge held that Man A was an adult over the age of 20 at the time of the incident and had basic intellectual abilities. However, he did not consider that the woman was still young and her physical and mental development was not yet sound, so he arbitrarily had sexual intercourse with her, which hindered the girl's sound physical and mental development. Considering that he has no previous convictions, admits to the crime and has a fair attitude, but has not yet obtained the girl's father's understanding, he was sentenced to four months in prison in each case, and should be sentenced to nine months in prison, with the option of serving social labor.
