Pocheon City, recruiting participating businesses for HyoDream Discount Business Support Project in the second half of 2026

(Pocheon = Yonhap News) Reporter Noh Seung-hyuk = Pocheon City, Gyeonggi Province, announced on the 28th that it will recruit businesses to participate in the 'Pocheon City Hyodream Discount Business Support Project in the second half of 2026' by the 16th of next month.

HyoDream is a project that provides discounts on usage fees for service, beauty shops, and bathhouses to seniors over 70 years of age.

In line with the purpose of Pocheon City's slogan, 'Bigger Pocheon, Greater Happiness,' we are supporting a healthy and happy retirement life for the elderly and promoting a culture of voluntary sharing among business owners in the region.

Recruitment targets include user businesses, beauty businesses (hair), and bathhouse businesses that have been registered for business in Pocheon City.

Selected businesses voluntarily provide discounts of up to 10% of the usage fee to seniors aged 70 or older residing in Pocheon City.

Pocheon City plans to provide participating businesses with the production of 'HyoDream Discount Business' signs and volume-rate bags, and to promote participating businesses using the city's website and social network.

Pocheon City will recruit eight participating businesses in the second half of the year on a first-come, first-served basis.

Businesses wishing to participate can visit the Pocheon City Public Health Center Food Hygiene and Public Hygiene Team by the 16th of next month or apply by e-mail, fax, or mail.
