〔記者卓怡君/台北報導〕 根據TrendForce最新IC設計產業研究,隨著AI相關應用擴張,GPU、CPU、ASIC、互連產品等需求攀升,帶動2026年第二季全球前十大無晶圓廠IC設計業者合計營收年增73%,突破1414.5億美元,NVIDIA(輝達)穩居榜首,AMD(超微)受惠CPU於代理AI應用提升,排名升至第三,Qualcomm(高通)則因手機業務走弱,退居第四名。
NVIDIA第二季營收年增99%,近911.6億美元,於前十大業者營收占比成長至64%。除了超大型雲端服務供應商為其主要客戶,Neo Cloud客戶、主權AI、企業客戶也對營收有顯著貢獻。

TrendForce表示,NVIDIA近期藉由擴大NVLink Fusion生態系,參與ASIC相關市場。如投資MediaTek以協助客製化XPU客戶加強與現有NVIDIA基礎建設互通,並為將來的車用AI領域作布局。在此之前對Marvell的投資,也將NVLink Fusion納入合作項目。
Broadcom(博通)第二季營收排名第二,其協助設計的OpenAI首款ASIC、Google TPU 8i於本季開始出貨,網通業務也隨XPU同步高速成長,營收年增幅高達112%,逾188.9億美元,包含Anthropic、OpenAI等前瞻模型(frontier model)開發商在內的六大客製化晶片客戶將持續驅動其XPU需求。
第三名AMD受惠於代理AI時代來臨,CPU重要性再度提升,第二季營收超過115.3億美元。其資料中心CPU營收已連續五季創下新高,不斷搶占Intel X86 server市占率。
高速增長的互連需求推升Marvell(邁威爾)第二季營收至26.3億美元,排名第六。其PAM4 DSP晶片領先業界,800G DSP需求強勁、1.6T DSP正快速放量;客製化業務亦與Google達成合作協議,將於2029財年帶來顯著貢獻。
Qualcomm(高通)第二季儘管手機晶片業務仍處低迷,在新一代iPhone數據機晶片的占比也下滑,但車用市場已連續23個季度保持雙位數年增,抵消部分手機業務衝擊,營收逾85億美元。近期Qualcomm也重返資料中心業務,加速QCT部門的多角化布局。
聯發科營收同樣受手機業務影響,為48.1億美元左右,排名第五。但該公司上修AI ASIC業務展望,預計2026年資料中心營收將超過20億美元,2028年ASIC可服務市場規模上調至800億美元。
瑞昱第二季營收近11.9億美元,排名第七。由於預期2026下半年PC表現將更加低迷,其規劃以現有強勢IP切入server市場,如10G乙太網、server control plane交換機等。
MPS(芯源系統)主要成長引擎來自AI相關電源管理解決方案,本季營收9.81億美元,排名第八。該公司維持產能擴充,以支撐往半導體解決方案提供商轉型所需。
