При оптимистичном сценарии в следующем году ремонт подорожает на 5 процентов — тогда сумма вырастет до 5,78 миллиона рублей, а дополнительные расходы сверх сметы могут достигать 275 тысяч рублей. При росте цен на 10 процентов ремонт обойдется в 6,05 миллиона рублей, а дополнительные расходы — в 550 тысяч рублей. Если цены увеличатся на 20 процентов, за ремонт придется отдать 6,6 миллиона рублей и переплатить 1,1 миллиона рублей.
