其次,充分发挥示范作用。长期以来,老字号深受广大消费者的普遍欢迎,也受到了市场的广泛认可。特别是进入新时代,老字号迎来了全新的发展机遇。商务部将积极完善中华老字号示范创建评价指标,不断优化经营水平、历史传承、品牌声誉等“门槛性”指标,更加突出产品质量、技术创新、文化价值等“引领性”指标,充分发挥中华老字号示范带动作用,助力历史经典产业高质量发展。
再次,健全动态评估体系。老字号能够生生不息的根本“法宝”,在于始终坚守诚信经营、品质为上、勇于创新的商业理念。商务部将积极支持符合条件的历史经典产业相关品牌申报中华老字号,同时对前期已认定的中华老字号开展评估,对管理不善、经营不佳的采取相关管理措施,通过“有进有出”的动态管理确保“金字招牌”成色。
最后,建立监测预警机制。商务部将建立完善老字号创新发展监测管理机制,对中华老字号经营情况加强跟踪,联合相关部门不断加强企业登记、行政处罚、社会信用等信息互联互通,依托专业机构力量强化中华老字号经营情况分析和发展趋势预测,为老字号持续健康发展提供强有力支撑。
